Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently offer three shipping speeds within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our couriers are UPS and USPS.

UPS 2nd Day Air®
 shipments arrive within the 2nd business day by 10:30 A.M. or 12:00 P.M. to most commercial destinations
UPS® Ground
shipments to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico arrive within 1-5 business days
UPS® Standard
shipments to the 48 continental US states and Canada and Mexico arrive within 4-6 business days
USPS Priority Mail®
shipments arrive in 1-3 Business Days. This is the only option to ship to a PO Box


The carrier (UPS or USPS) may be automatically selected based on the shipping address.

So that you know, we only ship and deliver on business days, and only expedited orders placed before 12:30 pm ET on a business day will ship that same day. For example, an order placed with 1-business day shipping on Thursday at 2 pm ET will ship out the next day, Friday, and arrive the following Monday.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We only offer shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@timetile.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@timetile.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
